After you receive your order confirmation, you reply to that email and attach your picture. 300 dpi jpeg images are preferred. If you aren't sure if your photo(s) will work, just send it anyway and we will let you know if it can be used - the bigger the better. You can always mail a hard copy of your photo via regular US mail but we cannot guarantee return of photos so please send a copy, not the original. If you send a CAT picture, we cannot guarantee that it will not be smeared with tuna juice and put in a chew toy for our Mastiffs. Just kidding cat lovers! Really. We almost never do that.
